For parcels delivered by DPD: For parcel delivery, DPD will contact you a day before your delivery date and give you options. You will be able to change your delivery date, or have it delivered to a neighbour or arrange to have it delivered somewhere safe at the delivery address. You can also have it dropped off at your local IKEA store or collect it from a DPD site.
