Talk Mobile offer SIM only deals on a 12 months contract or a 30 day contract. Naturally, you will get get more data on the 12 months contract for the price.
All the SIM only plans come with Unlimited Minutes and Unlimited text.

The odd thing to notice is that you get 3GB for £7 on the 12 months contract and the 30 day contract. They should have offered more data on the 12 months contract for the £7.

Upgrade
If you need a new phone, Talk Mobile has a range of phones you can purchase with a SIM Only plan.
If you want to upgrade, you have to do it by starting a conversation online with them. If you don’t see a phone you like, you can talk to them about sourcing you a different phone that is not on their site.
