Get UK and International minutes with Lycamobile
Lycamobile gives you minutes to make UK and International calls. If you make regular International calls, a Lycamobile SIM will give you minutes to do that.
What network does Lycamobile use?
Lycamobile is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator, and uses the O2 network for its mobile delivery.

SIM only plans
Lycamobile has a number of plans: National, International, Data, Long Term Plans.
National
The National plan is for UK calls and texts, but you will also get some International minutes.
The cheapest National plan is for £5 and you get 2GB of data, 1000 UK minutes, 1000 UK texts, 100 International minutes and EU Roaming. Its on a 30 day rolling contract.

The International plan gives you more minutes for International calls.

Family plan
Lycamobile has the Family plan, whereby, if you buy a few SIMS, you will get to save money.
Phones
With Lycamobile you are able to buy a new phone and they give you a variety of options to pay. You can pay outright or have flexible payment plans.
You can also purchase a monthly plan with your phone. Their phones are unlocked, so you are not restricted.

Personal hotspot
Lycamobile do not allow you to share your data with additional devices and so you cannot have a Personal hotspot.

Conclusion
Lycamobile gives you simple SIM only plans with UK and International minutes. If you make International call, it might be worth it for you.
They do not allow any tethering for a Personal hotspot. So, if you were after tethering, Lycamobile is not for you.
